Showcasing Camille’s Choice – IT’S NOT OK

Camille received a mailing that I sent to the neighbors surrounding a condo that I was selling. I usually send a note to the homes surrounding a newly listed home to let the neighbors know a home is for sale and to ask for their help in keeping an eye on it. Then I send a postcard when the home goes under contract and a final card when the home is sold to let them know the closing price. Camille had been thinking about selling her late father’s condo for a while, and gave me a call. We met to plan what needed to be done to prepare the home. We reviewed the seasonality of the neighborhood and planned the optimal time to put it on the market. Our plans had to be revised when an upstairs neighbor let their sink overflow, but that’s why you need an experienced professional helping you sell. We were able to pivot and revise the schedule and secure a great offer for her.

When I asked Camille which charity she would like me to support, she chose IT’S NOT OK. She felt that it was an important organization that uplifts girls in particular and some boys too.
