I met Annalise and Philip at an open house in Wilderness Rim in North Bend. They were looking for their first home. We chatted about interest buy-downs, 2/1 buy downs and things to avoid when buying your first home. They decided this particular home wasn’t the right fit, but decided I was the broker they wanted to work with to find the right fit. We spent several months looking at homes in North Bend and the Snoqualmie Valley. We found just the right place in Snoqualmie Ridge close to trails, shopping and Phil’s bus stop! The timing was perfect for them to raise their soon-to-be-born baby in their new home!

When I asked them what charity they would like me to support, they chose the Environmental Defense Fund.
