Boyang came to me because he wanted to switch up his investment portfolio to have less real estate. His last tenant had left and he decided it was time to sell. We worked together to get his property prepared and staged to sell. We met weekly to review market data and were able to sell it with finely tuned price adjustments and agent communication.

When I asked him which charity he would like me support, he chose the UNITED 24, a global initiative launched by the President of Ukraine to unite those from all over the world that desire to help Ukraine since being attacked. When many people and organizations began asking President Zelenskyy how they could help, he launched this platform so that funds could go directly to the areas that needed the most help in Ukraine. There are three areas in which you can choose to help, Rebuild, Medical & Humanitarian Aid, and Defense & Demining. The UNITED24 goal is to increase donations to Ukraine and ensure the efficiency and transparency of their distribution. The official platform protects donors from delays, intermediaries, and fraud.
