The Alley Cat Project (ACP) is a volunteer-run, foster-based organization in Seattle dedicated to humanely reducing the stray cat population through a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. ACP spays and neuters feral cats, returning them to their colonies, while fostering and socializing kittens and adoptable adults to prepare them for permanent homes. Without a physical shelter, ACP relies on a network of volunteers to provide care, including basic medical treatment, food, and clean living conditions. They partner with the Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project to carry out their alteration services, working tirelessly to improve the lives of unowned, free-roaming cats in the community.
