Going back a couple of years, We first met Gretchen when she was selling neighboring townhomes. I chatted with her a bit to understand her framework and approach to selling homes. During the process we had weekly checkpoints on Fridays to cover what we had done and needed to be done. She also enlisted her network of folks: Staging, Inspection, etc and they were all top notch. We eventually sold for asking and I have subsequently seen that there are many price cuts in Seattle and I’m glad we got what we did!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gretchen. Why do you ask? Did you not read the above? She takes a bespoke approach, data driven, personable , accountable and also willing to physically role up her sleeves. Additionally, she donated a portion of her commission to our non profit of choice. Most realtors just phone it in and put forth little effort and they will fall by the wayside in the coming years. If you get someone like Gretchen, she understands the human element and where a human is imperative in the real estate process and she is also very embracing of technology.
